Recruit Online Ethically

When you are trying to recruit online, you should stick to so me ethical guidelines at all times. Facebook ads are one ethical way of finding candidates with experience who may work for a competitor but are looking to change jobs.

You can run a targeted Facebook ad that will display when people search for or mention the name of a competing company. This is ethical as long as you don't use the ad to insult your competitor. Rather, it should be used to promote the benefits of working for your company and provide useful information to potential candidates. Another ethical option is to start a recruitment blog that covers topics of interest to job seekers in your industry. You should include information on the blog on how people can learn more about jobs with your company, but should not replicate the job postings page of your company website.
